About Us

We love fish keeping! From a 1 gallon betta tank to “monster” tanks of more than 500 gallons.

We share information gladly. We meet the first Tuesday of the month to talk about fish in all its aspects. Also visit our facebook page @ aquarium club of Edmonton.

Our Story

Aquarium Club of Edmonton

In 1986, the Aquarium Club of Edmonton was established to promote the Aquarium Hobby in the Edmonton Area. Membership has steadily grown over the years to include members with diverse interests in fresh & saltwater aquariums, paladeriums, terrariums as well as water garden enthusiasts. Everyone is always welcome to attended and take part in this fascinating hobby.

For over 30 years we have provided our community with knowledge about the aquarium hobby and brought in many world renowned speakers to educate and entertain us with their stories of exploration in remote corners of the world. We also promote aquarium keeping to children with our aquariums for schools program and organize bi-yearly auctions.
